Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of the return is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted directly from your refund. Only in cases where the product arrives defective or is different from the one ordered will the return (or exchange) cost be covered by the company.
The defect must in any case be acknowledged by the company.

IMPORTANT : Any visible product defects must be verified on the day the shipment is received. Late reports of these types of defects will not be considered as a reason for return and therefore will not be eligible for a free return.
Return shipping costs
Returns, as specified above, are the responsibility of the customer and will cost, at most, the cost of the outbound shipping. For partial returns, the cost of the return will be based on the volume of the returned product(s). If the outbound shipping was free because it exceeded the free shipping threshold, the cost of the return will still be based on the volume of the returned products.
How to make a return

The return procedure is as follows:
- Log in to the site with the email address you used to place the order.
- Select the product to return and request the return
- As soon as we receive your request, if the above return rules have been met, we will approve your return and send you the label (waybill) to attach to the package.
- Once you've wrapped the parcel (you can also use the packaging it arrived in; please wrap everything well), attach the waybill to the parcel and take it to the nearest BRT Fermo point. (Find the BRT Fermo point closest to your home by clicking here.) here )
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the packages have returned to our warehouses and been inspected. If the quality control check is successful, the refund will be issued immediately.
If the products are damaged, they will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Additional shipping costs will be charged at the standard shipping rate. What will be refunded:
- the cost of the products
- The cost of standard shipping. If you selected express shipping at the time of purchase, the cost will not be fully refunded. If the return is partial, a portion of the shipping cost will be refunded, calculated in proportion to the number of items returned.
What will be deducted from your refund:
- return cost: €4.90
- In the case of cash on delivery purchases, in addition to the return cost (€4.90), we will also deduct the cost of the bank transfer (€1.50) and the cost of the cash on delivery service (€8) from the refund.
Product treatment
Attached to the products (at least where applicable), you will find a large, white rectangular tag. This tag should not be removed until you are certain you are happy with the product. If you return products sent without this tag, we will not be able to refund you and will resend the item, charging you the additional shipping cost. Products may only be worn to try them on, without soiling or damaging them in any way, and without removing the tag. Dirty or damaged products will not be accepted for returns. Brand tags and any other tags that may accompany the product should also not be removed or discarded until you are certain you will not return the product.
