Order processing and shipping times

Orders received before 12:00 PM (GMT+1) are generally processed and shipped the same day. We say "generally" because, in cases of increased workloads or special occasions, these deadlines may not be met.

There's a distinction between fulfillment and shipping. Order fulfillment is the processing of your order by our warehouse, while shipping is the service handled by the courier.

In our shipping time estimates, the only time to consider is shipping time, not processing time. Therefore, shipping time begins from the moment the courier receives the goods and is expressed in business days.

Waiting times for bank transfer payments are slightly longer, as they start from the moment the transfer is actually received and posted, which can take a few days.

Italy

Standard shipping

Calculated based on product volume and displayed during checkout. Free for orders over €100. Delivery time: 2-3 business days, 3-4 business days for remote areas.

Europe

Standard shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the items in your cart. You can check the cost details during checkout.

Cash on delivery service is not available for Europe

Non-EU countries
